Practice Details

Athletes will be transformed into stronger, faster, more agile, and more flexible athletes. Our fitness program will utilize our sand courts to help athletes master body mechanics and increase muscle response time, speed and agility which is important to increase sport performance. This program is open to all athletes in elementary, middle, and high school.

Camps

Designed all skill levels, our beach volleyball camps focus on building core skills, teaching game strategies through live play, improving beach-specific movement, and preparing athletes for competitive success in a fun, supportive environment. 

Classes

Designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced volleyball players. Our beach classes focus on building fundamental skills, teaching game strategies through live play, developing beach-specfic agility, and preparing players for competitive play. 

Tournaments

We want to help the sport grow by providing the best facility for athletes from all over the area to play. We offer 2 vs 2 and 4 vs 4 tournament formats so a variety of skill levels and age groups learn to compete on the sand!
