Practice Details

Athletes will be transformed into stronger, faster, more agile, and more flexible athletes. Our fitness program will utilize our sand courts to help athletes master body mechanics and increase muscle response time, speed and agility which is important to increase sport performance. This program is open to all athletes in elementary, middle, and high school.

Additional Beach Volleyball Programs

Beach Training Academy

Designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced volleyball players. Our academy is designed to develop player’s fundamentals, teach them game strategies during live play, provide beach volleyball specific agility training and prepare players for competition.

Little Waves

Our little waves program is an introduction to the skills of beach volleyball to young athletes through the use of games and fun.  These clinics are open to both boys and girls in elementary school.

Tournaments

We want to help the sport grow by providing the best facility for athletes from all over the area to play. We offer 2 vs 2 and 4 vs 4 tournament formats so a variety of skill levels and age groups learn to compete on the sand!
